About the Role
As a Field Technician at TechMax, you'll be on the front lines of our service delivery, installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment at client sites. You'll use our TechMax platform to log your daily activities, ensuring accurate record-keeping and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair equipment at client locations
- Accurately log all job activities using the TechMax platform
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues
- Maintain inventory of parts and supplies
- Provide excellent customer service and technical support
- Follow safety protocols and procedures
- Complete required documentation and reports
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in field service or technical support
- Technical certification or equivalent experience
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency with mobile devices and applications
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various environments
